to your cell phone. The service is free.

wxnotice.com is not designed to be an in-cockpit weather source. There
are other services that provide that (as you know). However, that
being said, if you can use your cell phone at 7000 feet you can get
our weather info. I don't know if it's legal to use your cell phone
in-flight - does anyone know?
